Aaaa Glass Replacement in Mansfield, Ohio

I had a car windshield replaced with AAAA Glass replacement. My windshield was not even sealed at the bottom. They told me I had a lifetime warrenty on it and they would take care of it if anything went wrong. I had to get it fixed through another shop because I was not living in the area, which they were aware of and still promised a warrenty on it. I spoke with a gentleman named Terry and he told me to send him my invoice for the repair work I had to have done on the windshield for safety purposes and he would reimburse me for the service. I have yet to get a check and I am never able to speak with anyone from the business when I call. I have left many messages as well as contacted the better business bureau and nothing has been resolved. I hope I have saved someone the money and the time of dealing with these people. They DO NOT do quality work and they have horrible customer service!

BEWARE!! They installed a window in my car and it's leaking. They won't fix it or even return my calls. This company have zero business ethics. To save yourself a headache just move on to the auto glass company. BEWARE!!
